This is my Story

I’m Samina Bibi — a coach, teacher, and CEO of Mina. I support Professional Muslim Women in reconnecting with their true selves, so they can experience deep inner peace, live with confidence, and know their worth — not just in theory, but in their everyday lives.

With a background in Psychology, Islamic Theology, and over 20 years of experience in education and leadership (including as a qualified teacher, nursery manager, and school leader), I bring both soul and strategy to my coaching.

I know what it feels like to hold multiple identities — teacher, mother, entrepreneur, Muslim woman — and wonder how it’s all supposed to fit. But here's the truth: you don’t have to choose between them. You’re not too much. You’re just misaligned. And that’s what we work through.
